Let’s keep praying and expect God

Herod put Peter in jail. The church prayed hard for Peter to be freed. They knew they couldn’t physically rescue Peter. Instead of worrying, they prayed. They believed prayer could change impossible things. They kept praying to God for him. It’s surprising that when Peter came to where they were praying, they didn’t expect to see him.

They prayed but didn’t really expect anything to happen. This happens to us too. Sometimes, we face hopeless situations. We pray to God, but we think it’s impossible to change. When a miracle happens, we’re shocked and wonder if it’s real and from God, even though we prayed for it.

God is always faithful. Even when we doubt or are scared, He still encourages us. He did this for Peter and the church. He freed Peter in a powerful way.

We shouldn’t limit God with our thoughts. What seems impossible for us isn’t for God. Let’s keep praying and expect God to help us.
