Rev. Prof. Jerry Orhue is the Senior Pastor of Gracevine International Christian Chapel (Gracevine Chapel) based in Benin City, Nigeria. He has been proclaiming the teachings of Jesus Christ for over 30 years, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Over the past 16 years, he has successfully balanced his roles as a teacher, pastor, and academic. He currently holds the position of Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Benin, Nigeria, where he specializes in natural product research and clinical toxicology.
He is a compassionate leader, teacher of practical Christian living, and a highly motivating individual. He is dedicated to assisting as many individuals as possible in discovering the teachings of Christ and cultivating a meaningful connection with God, free from fear, guilt, and condemnation. He is actively engaged in various community and youth development initiatives through the Jerry Orhue Initiative, driven by his strong belief in the gospel’s relevance for all aspects of life. He believes that the church has a significant responsibility to make a positive impact on the local community. Rev. Prof. Orhue is married to Stella Orhue and they have four children.
